For this special edition, Sol & Sao welcomes The Enigma Mansion, recognised by Asia's 50 Best Bars, to present a collection of four signature cocktails inspired by Vietnam's regional flavours, seasonal harvests and culinary heritage. Each cocktail offers a contemporary interpretation of Vietnam's culinary traditions, combining regional ingredients with modern techniques and thoughtful craftsmanship.

Presented under the theme "Two Cities, One Night," the menu explores flavour, provenance and creativity through four distinctive serves:

Strawberry

• Toki Whisky, strawberry whey, koji water, cacao wine and Vietnamese salted apricot

Wintermelon

• Roku Gin, wintermelon, cucumber, dill, pear, tonic and mezcal

Beetroot

• Toki Whisky, beetroot, jasmine, Parmesan cheese and tamarind

Rice

• Maker's Mark Bourbon, red rice, butter, apple cordial, miso vermouth and passionfruit seed bitters
