Born and raised in the laid-back coastal city of Đà Nẵng, Tín grew up surrounded by nature, tradition, and the stories of travellers passing through his hometown. That early curiosity about people and places inspired him to pursue a degree in Hospitality at Hue Tourism College, laying the foundation for what would become a lifelong career of service.

When The Nam Hai opened its doors in 2006, Tín began his journey as a bellman—a role he embraced with a spirit of humility, diligence, and curiosity. Over the years, as the resort evolved into Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, so too did Tín—growing alongside the property and steadily rising through the ranks. His promotion to Guest Services Manager is a milestone he considers the proudest of his two-decade career.

What truly sets Tín apart is his deeply personal, solution-oriented approach. With a calm presence and a “never say no” mindset, he consistently goes above and beyond. Whether he’s securing a fast-track visa on short notice, orchestrating a private Four Seasons Private Jet experience, or arranging an exclusive chef’s table, no request is ever too complex.

In recognition of his excellence and commitment, Tín was accepted into the prestigious Les Clefs d’Or, the global association of elite hotel concierges. His Golden Keys symbolize more than just expertise; they unlock an international network of insider access and elevated service. But for Tín, it’s never about the accolades. “Guests may not remember every word you say, but they will always remember how you made them feel,” he reflects—a philosophy that drives everything he does, from the smallest gestures to the grandest moments.

From countryside cycling tours through traditional villages to social impact projects for philanthropic travellers —Tín is the one who brings Vietnam’s rich heritage to life in ways both intimate and unforgettable.

At home, Tín is a proud father who hopes to inspire his children with the same dedication and integrity he brings to the resort each day. His personal joys are refreshingly simple: tending orchids, raising fish, and enjoying street food adventures and beachside picnics with his family.
