Jackson Hole, U.S.A.

Fuel up for winter adventure at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole with food and beverage offerings including a slopeside après lounge, new signature chophouse, pop-up omakase, and signature craveable favourites perfect for a quick bite before returning to the slopes.

“Winter in Jackson Hole is all about gathering – after the last run, enjoying s’mores by the fire or sharing fondue after a day of adventure,” says Director of Food and Beverage Jose Vargas. “Our seasonal line up of food and beverage offers all-day options for families and friends, ranging from casual bites and après with a slopeside view to leisurely meals together after a day of adventure.”

The Handle Bar

The Handle Bar offers a casual gathering spot for lunch, après, and dinner, featuring slopeside access to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and a menu of elevated gastropub favourites complemented by an extensive beer, wine, cocktail, and zero-proof menu. New for winter 2026, Fondue and Flames combine shareable savoury bites with a delectable rich cheese dipping sauce. For a casual and quick bite on the go, a seasonal slopeside cart will serve a variety of Hot Dogs, Elk Chili, and more. Ramen will be offered daily in savoury pork and vegetarian options as part of the après menu. Guests and locals can also enjoy lively DJ sounds on the après terrace on weekends throughout the season.

Steadfire Chophouse

Wyoming’s distinctive spirit is central at Steadfire Chophouse, the Resort’s new modern chophouse celebrating the heritage, resources, and stories of the American West. Winter diners will enjoy the finest meat, fish, game, and vegetables prepared by flame, primarily sustainably sourced from local ranchers and farmers. Grilled, roasted, and smoked dishes anchor a menu that equally highlights lighter fare, heirloom breads and pastries, and a classic raw bar. Complementing the food menu is a robust American wine list, craft cocktails and a whiskey for every occasion. New for winter 2026, weekly wine pairing options from Resort Sommelier AJ Puccia will highlight lesser-known varietals and wines rarely offered by the glass.

Snö ‘65

Nestled at the base of Jackson Hole’s iconic ski slopes, sip, savour and celebrate in the pop-up outdoor lounge, Snö ’65. Guests and local visitors can enjoy an exclusive Champagne by the bottle and by the glass menu, available daily. Snö ’65 is open daily from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Throughout the winter season, a pop-up oxygen bar is available every Thursday to Sunday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm for guests looking to acclimate in a lively setting. Snö ’65 also can be privatized throughout the season for intimate gatherings, and sparkling après celebrations.

Omakase Experience Ascent Lounge

For the ultimate date night or gathering of friends, book a seat for two at Ascent Lounge’s seasonal omakase experience, presented by Taikun Sushi. Set against the scenic slopes of Rendezvous Mountain, guests will enjoy a special tasting menu at an intimate, custom-built, eight-seat sushi counter. The weekly rotating Chef’s Choice menu highlights the season's premium fish, flown in from Japan’s acclaimed Toyosu market and perfectly paired with a handpicked selection of sake and wine. Two seatings are offered nightly, at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm, every Wednesday to Sunday. For reservations, call (307) 732-5620 or book online.

First Chair

The slopeside First Chair mountainside market is open daily from morning to afternoon, offering a one-stop shop for all-day provisions. Featured items include pastries, freshly brewed coffee and espresso drinks, fresh-pressed juices, along with cocktails to go, sandwiches, and sweet treats. A selection of specialty retail items also is available, as well as locally brewed Snake River Coffee to recreate the First Chair experience at home. First Chair once again will be offering Grey Goose espresso martinis to go, as well as boxed lunches perfect for a quick bit before the next run on the slopes.

80 Proof Speakeasy

After a day of adventure on the mountain, guests of the Resort can head to 80 Proof speakeasy for elevated mixology, as well as plentiful zero-proof options. A menu of light bites accompanies the extensive drink menu. Guests will enjoy complimentary programming every day of the week, tasting different spirits on their own and in composed specialty cocktails.

Seasonal Hot Chocolate

Guests and local visitors can indulge in an à la carte gourmet hot cocoa experience for two in Ascent Lounge. Choose between a rich European-style blend with custom toppings or a decadent Mexican hot chocolate crafted by acclaimed local chocolatier Atelier Ortega. For a cozy night in, guests can elevate their stay with an indulgent hot chocolate service delivered right to their guest room or suite
