Celebrating Sun-Kissed Pleasures, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur Unveils 101 Days of Summer

A seasonal exploration of colour, flavour and craft
May 8, 2026,
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

As part of a region‑wide celebration of the summer season, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur presents a curated selection of fruit‑forward sorbets, desserts and cocktails. The seasonal offering invites guests to enjoy refreshing creations inspired by the simple rituals of summer.

From May 29 to September 6, 2026, Four Seasons hotels across Asia Pacific introduce summer culinary experiences designed for poolside enjoyment and dining, drawing on local ingredients and signature techniques. At Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, seasonal fruits take centre stage, showcased through a series of offerings crafted and shared over 101 sun-kissed days.

Coinciding with summer travel from overseas and Malaysia’s mid‑year school break, 101 Days of Summer brings together seasonal moments designed for guests of all ages. From ripe tropical fruits and chilled desserts to a refreshing spritz between swims, the programme reflects the relaxed rhythms and sensory pleasures associated with the season.

Served al fresco at the Pool Bar & Grill, the selection is available for enjoyment by the hotel’s outdoor pool, set above the urban landscape of Kuala Lumpur. Guests seeking a cooler setting may enjoy the same offerings at The Lounge, where fresh florals and live piano music create a refined indoor retreat.

A Taste of Summer

Spotlighting Malaysia’s summer fruits, the menu includes signature dishes such as Pineapple Carpaccio with Lemon Sorbet, combining delicately macerated pineapple, citrus sorbet and raspberry confit, as well as Mango Bingsu, featuring shaved ice topped with fresh mango and served with evaporated milk.

Cocktail selections are presented by the award-winning team at Bar Trigona, ranked 39th on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025. Seasonal highlights include White Summers, which combines clarified cantaloupe with sparkling wine, ginger ale and cucumber peel, and Blushing Frost, bringing together gin, tonic and elderflower, finished with shaved‑ice kakigori made with Cameron Highlands strawberries.

“As the days turn warm and dry, we invite guests to find their summer rhythm through our uplifting culinary offerings,” says Simon Barnett, General Manager. “Going beyond technique and finesse, these creations reflect the lightness and possibility of endless summer days, spent with family and friends. More than a season, summer is a feeling – and that’s exactly what we want to share with our guests through 101 Days of Summer.”

101 Days of Summer runs from May 29 to September 6, 2026 at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, with selections available at the Pool Bar & Grill and The Lounge.
