“A vocation is making your passion your profession,” says Amine Kilani. It’s a philosophy he lives by. Driven by a love of crafting meaningful connections, Kilani has shaped singular guest experiences at some of the world’s leading luxury hotels.

Kilani’s passion runs deep. Born in Tunisia, he grew up immersed in his country’s heartfelt hospitality traditions, helping his parents host family gatherings and local events, and learning the art of making people feel welcome. Inspired to bring this to a professional stage, he trained in Hotel Management and excelled across Sales and Marketing, Catering and Conference services in Tunisia’s five-star hotels, including a seven-year tenure at Four Seasons Hotel Tunis.

Throughout, Kilani’s rare blend of business acumen and intuitive people skills has earned renown. He approaches every interaction with empathy, attentiveness and a positive attitude. “Whether anticipating a guest’s needs or resolving challenges, I see each moment as an opportunity to make someone’s day better,” he says. “This mindset keeps me motivated, turning my love of bringing people comfort and joy into a fulfilling profession.”

In his latest role at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait, Kilani’s flair for creating exceptional moments comes into full force. “I want guests to remember Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait as a place where exceptional quality meets genuine connection,” he says. “Whether dining or attending a conference, they should feel cared for every step of the way.” That care reveals itself in the details: the impeccable precision, the personalised gestures, and anticipation of guests’ needs before they arise. For Kilani, these nuances elevate good service into truly memorable experiences.

Kilani’s philosophy unfolds in a rich weave of tradition and innovation. He’s inspired by the Kuwaiti’s culinary and cultural heritage, and the generosity and warmth that define them. “The cultural emphasis on hospitality, where guests are treated with utmost respect and kindness, resonates deeply with my own values," he adds.

His approach is immersive and authentic, rooted in time-honoured values yet open to new ideas. Highlighting local culinary specialties and weaving cultural elements into events, he also encourages his team to experiment across cuisine, menu style, themes and design; integrating high-tech and creative details that surprise and delight. “Our vision is to craft modern, memorable experiences, while honouring the heritage that defines true hospitality,” he says.

Kilani’s ethos of connection extends to his leadership. A natural mentor, he fosters an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and heard. He champions open communication, cultural exchange and shared purpose, empowering his team to bring their unique strengths to the table. “Connection and collaboration are at the heart of what we do,” he reflects. “By aligning clear goals, celebrating achievements and encouraging mutual understanding, we build a culture of harmony and excellence that guests can truly feel.”

Beyond the hotel, Kilani is excited to immerse in Kuwait’s vibrant culture and is looking forward to exploring local cuisine, visiting historic sites and connecting with the warm, welcoming community. “I’m always curious to discover something new,” he says. “I’m honoured to have the opportunity to learn and grow in such a dynamic environment.”
