Valentine’s Chocolates Inspired by Japan’s Seasons

Reflecting the fabled beauty of Japan’s seasons, these handcrafted Valentine’s chocolates carry the scents, stories and colours of nature’s ever-evolving journey. It’s a sensorial gift that merges artistry with emotion to evoke pure delight – one bonbon at a time.

Beautifully arranged in a signature Four Seasons gift box, the selection includes five one-of-a-kind chocolates:

Strawberry Confiture and Sakura. A taste of early spring. White chocolate ganache is infused with the fragrance of sakura leaves, layered with a sweet confiture made with Amaou strawberries from Fukuoka.

Praliné Noisette and Natsumi Orange. A memory of early summer sunshine. Smooth hazelnut praliné is paired with bittersweet chocolate ganache, featuring Natsumi oranges from Ehime.

Gyokuro Praliné and Matcha. Grassy green aromas conjure midsummer. The praliné is crafted with Marukyu Koyamaen’s premium shade-grown Gyokuro green tea, while the white chocolate ganache features Uji matcha.

Apricot Pâte de Fruits and Osmanthus Honey. Inspired by the soft glow of autumn sunlight. Apricot jelly meets milk chocolate ganache, flavoured with osmanthus-scented Japanese honey.

Chai Tea and Vanilla. An ode to warmth amid winter’s chill. Chai ganache, made with Ronnefeldt Assam Bari tea and warm spices, is layered with Madagascar organic vanilla ganache.
