June 19 - 20, 2026 - Mamani

Kicking off the series, celebrated chef Christophe de Lollis of the acclaimed restaurant Mamani makes his Four Seasons Resort Lanai debut. Known for his poetic approach to contemporary cuisine that weaves French technique with the vibrant Mediterranean flavours of his culinary heritage, de Lollis promises an evening of artistry and discovery. Guests will be transported through a meticulously crafted multi-course journey that celebrates the finest local ingredients of Hawaii alongside de Lollis's signature global flair.

July 4, 2026 - Independence Day Celebration

There is no more fitting way to celebrate Independence Day than with barbecue. This holiday, the culinary team at Osteria Mozza Lanai present a BBQ-themed dinner, influenced from Mozza Group’s Michelin-starred chi SPACCA, described as an ode to meat. The island outpost of the iconic Los Angeles institution presents a love of rustic Italian cuisine, commitment to quality ingredients and wood-fired expertise for a festive holiday feast. Expect a lavish spread of fire-kissed meats, vibrant seasonal sides and a convivial ambiance set against the golden hour in Hawaii.

July 25, 2026 - Malibu Farm BBQ Lunch

Join Chef Helene Henderson, Swedish-born American chef, and founder of Malibu Farm, for a special lunch at the Resort. Henderson, known for her wholesome, flavour-forward approach to California coastal cooking, will craft a relaxed yet refined daytime feast celebrating the bounty of the land and sea. September 4 - 6, 2026 - Gaggan

Savour a multi-course dining experience   presented by Gaggan Anand, chef and owner of the eponymous Michelin-starred restaurant in Bangkok. One of Asia's most provocative and acclaimed culinary visionaries, Chef Gaggan is in residence for three nights on Lanai. His restaurant has been named on the World's 50 Best Restaurant Chef list is celebrated for his irreverent, deeply personal approach to progressive Indian cuisine.

September 19, 2026 - A Seat at the Table

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa takes the heads of an intimate table in a special culinary experience. The founder of the global Nobu empire in renowned for his fusion of traditional Japanese dishes with Peruvian flavours. This up-close evening invites a select group of guests to dine alongside the master himself, savouring dishes that have made him a single-name powerhouse.

December 24, 2026 - A Seat at the Table

The series continues with Nancy Silverton, co-founder of Osteria Mozza joining guests for a special Christmas Eve dinner. Guests are with a glass of bubbles and a taste of things to come. As the evening progresses, conversation flows as Chef Nancy Silverton guides the tables through each course sharing the inspiration behind every dish alongside curated wine pairing options. Guests can further enjoy Breakfast with Nancy and special festive menus at Osteria Mozza during the holiday week.
