Realign, Restore and Rise: Four Seasons Resort Lanai Presents a Women’s Retreat on Midlife Health and Longevity
Four Seasons Resort Lanai, an AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star resort, presents Midlife & Longevity: A Women’s Transformational Retreat a three‑night, four‑day program taking place from August 20 to 23, 2026. The immersive experience is designed exclusively for women seeking to approach this stage of life with intention, knowledge and care.
The retreat is rooted in science, guided by physicians, and shaped around open discussions on women’s health. Programming includes science‑backed education, adaptive yoga and movement, breathwork, guided mindfulness and shared connection, providing participants with tools and insight to support informed, long‑term wellbeing.
Morning sessions focus on strength training and breathwork tailored to midlife physiology, while afternoons are dedicated to evidence‑based learning, one‑to‑one reflection and restorative practice. In the evening, participants spend time together over shared meals, a sunset cruise along Lanai’s cliffs, and meditation and stargazing at the on‑site observatory.
The curriculum takes an integrative approach, encompassing hormonal balance, gut health, metabolic and cardiovascular vitality, sleep optimisation, emotional resilience and nervous system regulation, all examined through the lens of longevity and whole‑person care. Hormones are an important part of the discussion, though not the sole focus.
Sessions will be hosted by renowned physicians and longevity specialists Jessica Shepherd and Ingrid Yang.
Jessica Shepherd, MD, MBA, is a board‑certified obstetrician‑gynaecologist, menopause specialist and author of Generation M.
