Jessica Candy's journey into hospitality began with a growing conviction that helping people feel genuinely cared for is one of the most meaningful things a person can do. Starting in spa and guest services as far back as 2004, she spent years honing that belief before stepping into her first resort spa role in 2018.
From there, her career took shape around creating experiences that stay with people long after they leave.
Candy joined the Four Seasons Lanaʻi ohana in 2019, returning in January 2026, as the Four Seasons philosophy of marrying luxury service with respect and care for its people and guests called her back.
Whether a guest rises from a treatment feeling truly restored, or a team member reaches a professional milestone they once thought beyond their reach, those are the moments that fuel her. She hopes every guest leaves feeling renewed, connected, and inspired, carrying a piece of the island with them.
Off the clock, she finds her greatest joy in the simplest of places — a beach day with her husband and two-year-old daughter, watching the world reveal itself through young, wondering eyes. Hulopoe Bay, with its breathtaking natural beauty, is her favorite reminder to slow down and be present. She also has a deep love for Keahiakawelo, the Garden of the Gods, and the island's rugged off-road trails and scenic lookouts.
And for those who know her well, there is one more talent tucked away — a love of singing and a flair for performance that means a karaoke night is never far from her calendar.
She hopes to be remembered simply as someone who genuinely cared — who led with integrity, lifted those around her, and made every person she encountered feel valued, respected, and seen.
