The Spritz Garden welcomes guests daily from 3:00 pm onwards, creating an exclusive haven that extends throughout the summer season. Featured cocktails include the signature Aperol Spritz, tantalizing the palate with Aperol, prosecco, Fever-Tree Premium Club Soda, and a hint of dehydrated blood orange. For a taste of the Mediterranean, the Mediterranean Spritz combines St-Germain, Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water, and delicate touches of lavender and dehydrated lemon.

For those seeking a zestful experience, the Yuzu Spritz delights with a refreshing blend of Roku Gin, Fever-Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu, and juniper berries, garnished with dehydrated lime. Meanwhile, the Paloma Spritz captivates with Espolon Tequila, Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit, fresh lime and cucumber, with a dehydrated grapefruit.

Guests can channel their inner mixologist by creating a personalized Spritz. Start by selecting from a variety of spirits including Aperol, Tito's Vodka, Roku Gin, or Espolon Tequila, and complement with a Fever-Tree Mixer such as Premium Club Soda, Mediterranean Tonic Water, Sparkling Lime & Yuzu, or Sparkling Grapefruit. Guests can further enhance their creation with a choice of fresh fruit infusion and a final flourish of dehydrated fruit.
