For a taste of Wimbledon, Pavyllon London will be serving up its unique take on a classic: Strawberries and Cream featuring macerated strawberries, strawberry granite and marmalade with crunchy bricelet and vanilla ice cream. Alongside the delicious dessert, Bar Antoine will be offering refreshing summer cocktails to celebrate the Wimbledon season including The Decisive Moment – an innovative spin on a Pimm’s cocktail, made with strawberry shrub, chinotto bitter orange, whites, Sipsmith gin and Pimm's; and the alcohol-free Court Fizz crafted with Everleaf Marine, fresh lemon juice, strawberry shrub and cold brew oolong tea soda. From budding tennis stars of the future to enthusiastic beginners – Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire invites guests to its purpose-built Tigerturf Advantage Pro Artificial Grass tennis courts for one-to-one coaching this summer.
