Four Seasons Hotel Macao celebrated the essence of wellness with its exclusive Fit and Fabulous event, marking the launch of its comprehensive wellness offerings, including its Balanced Menu, bespoke spa treatments, and curated staycations with tailored fitness programs.

The event kicked off with “No Holding Back,” an Animal Flow session powered by lululemon. Set against the tranquil backdrop of the Hotel’s lush garden lawn, the session welcomed wellness enthusiasts to embrace mindful movement and connection. Following this dynamic experience, participants were treated to the newly launched Balanced Menu, a culinary masterpiece designed under the guidance of Four Seasons global nutritionist team. Developed to embody vitality and holistic well-being, the menu features nourishing and flavourful dishes that reflect the Hotel’s dedication to wellness-inspired gastronomy.

The occasion also marked the debut of Nature’s Secret, a new signature treatment at The Spa of Four Seasons Hotel Macao. This sustainably crafted ritual includes a rejuvenating foot bath, exfoliating scrub, and soothing massage, featuring a bespoke blend of rosemary, buttermilk, sea salt, and coconut oil. The treatment detoxifies, hydrates, and leaves the skin radiant, offering a luxurious and nature-inspired rejuvenation experience.
