Four Seasons Hotel Macao to Host Run of Hope 2025 for Cancer Awareness
Four Seasons Hotel Macao announces the return of its signature Run of Hope charity event, scheduled for Sunday, November 2, 2025. Powered by HSBC Life, this community-focused initiative brings runners, walkers, and families together for a morning of healthy activity while supporting vital cancer research programs at Kiang Wu Hospital and ECF Orphanage.
The 2025 edition represents a powerful shared mission between the Hotel and its valued co-organizers, The International School of Macao (TIS) and the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Macao, with HSBC Life bringing the event to life through its wellness vision and brand commitment – to inspire and encourage the public to adopt a positive lifestyle for better health and wellbeing. By supporting this initiative, TIS also underscores its dedication to the UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): Good Health and Wellbeing, inspiring the community to lead healthier lives and contribute to a more caring, resilient society. Run of Hope transforms fitness into hope, where every step taken directly supports cancer patients and advances research initiatives.
Run of Hope 2025 will feature the traditional 5.6 kilometre (3.5 miles) competitive run and 3 kilometre (1.8 mile) family walk, both starting and finishing at Four Seasons Hotel Macao. As the official wellness partner, Lululemon will lead energizing warm-up sessions before participants embark on the scenic course through Macau's most picturesque areas.
Adding a special touch of inspiration, this year's run will showcase a vibrant poster designed by the talented students from TIS. Their creative vision, featuring symbolic elements of sunlight and paper airplanes, beautifully captures the event's message of hope and resilience.
Registration for individuals and teams is now open through the event website.
Since its founding in 2009, the Run of Hope has grown into one of Macau's most anticipated annual charity events, successfully combining physical activity with philanthropic purpose. Last year's event attracted nearly 300 participants and raised significant funds for local cancer research programs. This year's edition aims to build on that success with even greater community participation.
