Four Seasons Hotel Macao welcomes guests to discover a remarkable culinary encounter as its Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant, Zi Yat Heen, welcomes acclaimed Chef André Chiang and Chef Sean Li of The Bridge, Chengdu for a special edition of the Zi Yat Heen Masters Series. Taking place on October 31 and November 1, 2026, the exclusive two-night engagement will see Chef Chiang join Executive Chinese Chef Anthony Ho in presenting an extraordinary eight-course four-hands dining experience celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Macao and Chengdu.
