Beloved by generations of Beijingers for its made-to-order dumplings and comforting soups, Baiweiyuan is known for dishes that feel both homely and indulgent. Guests can savour signature pork and chive dumplings, beef and onion varieties, and vegetarian favourites such as egg and tomato.
