Social Table: Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor and Terrae Come Together to Host an Exclusive Four-Hands Dinner at the Historic Finca Cases Velles, Paired with Wines from Vinyes de Formentor

On June 20, 2026 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor will host a new edition of Social Table, a unique gastronomic experience taking place in the incomparable setting of Finca Cases Velles, one of the most exceptional locations on the Formentor peninsula.

Organized in collaboration with Terrae, the evening will bring together Javier Hoebeeck, Executive Sous Chef of Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, and David Rivas, founder and chef of Terrae, to create an exclusive four-hands menu that pays tribute to local produce and the rich gastronomy of Mallorca.

More than just a dinner, Social Table offers an experience designed to bring people together around a single table, where gastronomy becomes a meeting point and conversation turns into an essential part of the evening.

A Menu to Discover Mallorca Through Gastronomy

The experience will begin at 7:00 pm, coinciding with the golden hour that bathes the vineyards and landscape of Formentor in light, with a selection of canapés designed by both chefs. Highlights include dishes such as tuna marrow, suckling pig terrine, tuna tartlet, and green pepper stuffed with brossat cheese and smoked fish roe.

The dinner will continue with a series of sharing plates that highlight locally sourced ingredients and the island’s flavours, such as grilled vegetables, kale salad with broad beans, grilled baby gem lettuce with miso emulsion, and a selection of lettuces with seasonal flowers. For the main courses, guests will enjoy moray eel with pumpkin and a reinterpretation of the traditional Mallorcan empanada made with local lamb.

The evening will conclude with a selection of desserts inspired by the island’s flavours and landscapes (citrus granita with sabayon, Tramuntana flavours, petits), accompanied by a carefully curated selection of wines from Vinyes de Formentor, the winery project developed on the estate itself. The experience is priced at EUR 140 per person.

Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and Mediterranean forests, the estate spans seven hectares of vineyards with predominantly native Mallorcan varieties, alongside others such as Viognier, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, which bring to life Vinyes de Formentor, the property’s winemaking project. At the same time, various forest conservation and biodiversity restoration initiatives are being developed to protect this unique landscape and reveal the lesser-known side of Formentor.
