Under the sign of Italian romance, Executive Chef Nicola Rossi has chosen to thrill his guests with a series of unique culinary experiences that will allow each couple to celebrate their love in the chic and glamorous atmosphere of Quattro restaurant around a menu that combines the culinary heritage of Italy and the flavours of Morocco, with recipes that exist nowhere else - an experience that will make taste buds travel and that will make Quattro restaurant, the Italian table in Marrakech, a must.

Valentine's Day Menu:

• Oysters with caviar and lime
• Lobster in a slow cooker with butter and herbs served in a salad with mango salsa
• Tagliolini with truffle
• Beef fillet with a thousand apple leaves and porcini cream, or seared Saint-Pierre with champagne sauce, white butter and caviar

Opening the doors of the most beautiful wine cellar in Marrakech, Ferdinando Amalfitano will propose a true journey to the heart of the transalpine vineyards. From Piedmont to the sunny lands of Naples, the menu will reveal confidential favourites as well as renowned grand crus.  

Sweet tooths will be won over by Executive Pastry Chef Anouar Ait Abdelali's offer. Alongside the Cherry With Love, couples will find superb pastry creations specially created by the chef for the occasion.
