Il Becco Presents "Cena a Quattro Mani": A New Dinner Series with World-Class Chefs at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City

This exciting initiative will include a series of “Cena a quattro mani” dinners, where each month Chef Fabio Bruno will host a different master of the culinary arts to create an exclusive dining experience at Il Becco at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. Each dinner will be meticulously crafted with exquisite food and drink pairings specially selected for the occasion.

The inaugural dinner, held in collaboration with Chef Paco Campuzano of the renowned Treze restaurant, marked the beginning of an unforgettable culinary adventure. Guests enjoyed an eight-course tasting menu, perfectly complemented by the exquisite wines of Bodega Ruffino, taking the dining experience to new heights.

On June 26, Il Becco welcomed Tobias Petzold, Executive Chef of Osteria del Becco, sister restaurant of Il Becco, both belonging to the Becco Group. Chef Petzold's culinary creations transport diners to the heart of Italian cuisine, showcasing the rich flavours and traditions that have captivated the world.

On August 22, 2024, the Il Becco team will have the honour of hosting acclaimed Chef Fernando Zavala for a special dinner paired with Everest 's exquisite Ornellaia Fresco Baldi wines. Guests can anticipate an evening of culinary art where Chef Zavala's creations will harmonize with the exceptional wines, creating a symphony of flavours on the palate.

September will bring a touch of New York City to Il Becco with the arrival of the Scarpetta restaurant team, renowned for its Italian heritage. The Scarpetta team will demonstrate their culinary prowess, preparing a delicious array of dishes that are sure to tempt the palates of Il Becco's distinguished clientele.
