Scarpetta is Headed to Mexico City This September for a Culinary Pop Up with Becco Group at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City

Get ready for a culinary adventure as Scarpetta, the renowned New York City Italian restaurant, makes its highly anticipated debut in Mexico City.

Scarpetta first launched in New York City in 2008 with a coveted 3-star review from the New York Times. Following the success of its original location, Scarpetta has expanded globally, with its most recent opening in Rome. Other locations include Tokyo, London, Doha, and the Hamptons.

The philosophy of Scarpetta’s kitchen is to create bold flavours by amplifying the essence of seasonal ingredients. The signature pastas are made in-house daily and are paired with the highest quality, locally sourced ingredients.

From September 10 through 12, 2024, Scarpetta will take centre stage at Il Becco within Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City. Nestled within the Hotel's elegant ambiance, Il Becco offers a sophisticated dining experience with its contemporary architecture and design. The restaurant's open kitchen will allow diners to witness firsthand the collaborative efforts of the Scarpetta and Il Becco culinary teams, providing a unique glimpse into the artistry and passion behind the scenes.

Becco Group has been recognized by Gambero Rosso, a prestigious recognition for its exceptional cuisine and service. This prestigious award further solidifies Becco Group’s reputation as a culinary gem in Mexico City.

Osteria del Becco will be offering this experience on September 11, 2024 joining forces with the culinary team to offer an exclusive dinner.

Each evening, guests will be treated to a six-course tasting menu featuring signature dishes from both restaurants. Expect a symphony of flavours as Scarpetta's classic Italian fare intertwines with the refined elegance of Il Becco's cuisine.

Highlights of the menu include Scarpetta's spaghetti, Il Becco's beef tartar, and Osteria del Becco's cacio e pepe ravioli. To enhance the dining experience, a carefully curated wine pairing will be available.
