Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City is one of the trendy gastronomic destinations, and one of its offerings is OMA, which emerges as an exclusive culinary jewel that promises to redefine the concept of omakase in the capital.

Under the direction of Chef Abraham López, this intimate space with capacity for only ten diners takes its guests on a culinary journey of exquisiteness, precision, and Japanese authenticity.

A Sensory Journey Inspired by Japan

OMA embodies the essence of omakase, a Japanese tradition that means "to entrust oneself to the chef." Each night, diners are guided through a tasting menu that varies according to the freshness and availability of ingredients, with a 17 or 21 course menu selection.

It seeks to offer a unique culinary experience, where the connection with the chef and his team is fundamental. Through each dish, diners can appreciate the dedication and mastery hidden behind each creation. From the selection of the freshest ingredients, such as wasabi and ginger, to the preparation of sashimi, nigiris (including vegan options), rolls, and salads, every detail is meticulously taken care of to offer an unforgettable experience.

Immerse in haute Japanese cuisine at OMA, where each dish is a work of art. Enjoy a 13-course menu or à la carte for lunch (1:00-3:30 pm). For dinner, choose between two omakase options: 17 courses at 6:00 pm or 21 courses at 8:00 pm.

In addition, the ceramic tableware, handcrafted in Japan, complements the sensory experience, transporting guests to the heart of Japanese culture.

The beverage menu has been designed to enhance each dish. From a selection of Japanese teas and beers to exclusive labels of whiskey and non-alcoholic wines, each option has been curated to elevate the gastronomic experience. The sake menu offers a variety of labels that awaken the senses, revealing fruity, floral, and earthy notes that evolve with each sip.

"At OMA, we seek to offer an experience that not only delights the senses but also transports our diners to an exclusive and authentic universe, everything that Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City represents," says Chef López.
