This festive season, a captivating lineup of culinary and cocktail experiences await at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. From poolside delights and holiday signature cocktails to decadent all-day brunches and multiple-course dinners inspired by classic French flavours, every celebration feels warm and magical under the Miami sky.

Starting December 13, 2024, Bahía Nights at the hotel’s poolside restaurant returns every Friday and Saturday, with a menu of Mexican and Latin flavours, live-fire cooking and DJ sets playing in the background - bringing holiday cheer under the stars.

Sip and Celebrate at 14 Thirty-Five

Blending the classic elegance of New York’s cocktail culture with the vibrant energy of Miami, 14 Thirty-Five is the place for intimate gatherings and unforgettable festive moments. Starting December 21, 2024, master mixologist Jacopo Rosito will unveil three signature holidays cocktails celebrating Miami’s tropical flair, including Tipsy Santa with Coconut Campari, Banana, Sweet Vermouth and Gin; Golden Old Fashioned with Bourbon, All Spiced, Maple and Coffee; Snow White with Cocoa Butter Infused Rum, Peppermint, Vermouth Blend and Citrus. And for a true celebration, indulge in the Grand Plateau featuring a Dozen Oysters, King Crab, Chef’s Daily Crudo, paired with a bottle of Laurent-Perrier champagne or Caviar served with Sour Cream, Chives, Egg Yolk, Shallots.

Dining Celebrations

At Edge Brasserie, the hotel’s indoor-meets-rooftop dining destination, Executive Chef Edouard Deplus unveils an extraordinary seasonal culinary program inspired by the timeless elegance of French brasseries.

On Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, family and friends will gather at Edge for epic all-day brunches. Highlights include a sumptuous Seafood Raw Bar featuring Oysters, King Crab, and Royal Shrimp, alongside live stations offering holiday favourites such as Grilled Lobster Tails prepared with Garlic Herb Butter; Herb-Roasted Turkey served with Sage Gravy and Spiced Cranberry Sauce; and Whole Glazed Ham accompanied by Brown Sugar and Cloves and served with Apple Chutney. To conclude the feast, an extravagant dessert display offers everything from traditional Bûche de Noël to classic Mont Blanc - all set to the sound of live musical performances. For younger guests, Christmas Day brings a special appearance from Santa, along with delectable surprises to enjoy.

On Christmas Eve, Edge Brasserie will roll out the red carpet with a lavish three-course prix-fixe menu. Expect holiday classics such as Foie Gras Terrine with Sauternes Gelée, Toasted Brioche, Orange Marmalade, and a Sauterne Vail; Wagyu Tournedos paired with Parsnip mousseline, Sauce Périgourdine, Micro Sorel and Green Pea Purée; finish with a sweet note featuring Gingerbread Parfait served with Eggnog Crème Anglaise and Layers of Gingerbread Sponge accompanied by Spiced Mascarpone, Candied Pecans and Eggnog Cream.

A Sparkling New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve celebration will cap the year in style with a spectacular tasting dinner and followed by a grand fête. The evening kicks off with Champagne, exquisite canapés and live performances, setting the stage for a dazzling five-course dinner. Menu highlights include Handpicked Stone Crab and Caviar Celeriac served with Pear Mousseline, Pickled Pear, Espelette and Bisque Condiment; Maine Lobster Tail with Red Curry Emulsion, Sauteed Rainbow Chard and Fingerlime; Veal Tenderloin with Grilled Onion, Roasted Heirloom Carrot, Green Pea Purée, Veal and Truffle Jus. The grand finale features desserts such as Yogurt Mascarpone served with Citrus Lemon Verbena and Verjus Consommé, and Mini Madeleine with Praline Chocolate and Coconut Rocher. Guests can then venture to the after-party in the Hotel’s lobby, 14 Thirty-Five and the outdoor terrace filled with festive surprises that will light up the dance floor. Countdown to midnight under a spectacular balloon drop and dance the night away to the beats of a live band and DJ, with Miami’s most breathtaking panoramic views as backdrop - toasting to a spectacular year ahead.
