Four Seasons Hotel Miami Introduces Poolside Escape Cabanas with Food and Beverage Experiences Inspired by HBO Original The White Lotus Season 3

Four Seasons Hotel Miami unveils Poolside Escape Cabanas inspired by the HBO® Original Series, The White Lotus, filmed at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui.

The Poolside Escape Cabanas, situated at the hotel’s main pool, are available from February 18 to May 16, 2025. The cabanas embrace the warm and serene spirit of Koh Samui with lush greenery, wooden accents and comfortable cushions enticing a long day spent poolside. The enhanced Poolside Escape Cabanas blend perfectly with Miami’s tropical scene that is also synonymous with delicious food and drink. A one-of-a-kind menu was designed for this experience including three signature cocktails, each inspired by a different filming destination of HBO’s The White Lotus: The Pineapple Suite (Maui), a tequila-based cocktail with Don Julio Blanco, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Coco Lopez, Turbinado and Ube; The Lotus (Taormina), featuring Tanqueray Gin, Peach Liquor and Jasmine-Infused White Wine; and Coconut Paradise (Koh Samui) with Ketel One Vodka, Pandan Lemongrass Cordial, Citric Acid Blend, and Coconut Flakes. In addition, Four Seasons Hotel Miami Beverage Director Jacopo Rosito added his own creation inspired by Miami’s Latin culture with the Lotus Breeze, with Zacapa 23 Rum Cocoa Butter infused, Mancino Vermouth Secco, Mint Syrup, and Sour Mix.

The beverage selection is accompanied by refreshing small bites by the hotel’s Executive Chef Edouard Deplus featuring Grilled Chicken Satay, in a Thai Green Curry base and Steamed Rice, Hamachi Crudo Roll with Marinated Vegetables, and a Jumbo Crab Salad with Rice Noodles, Coconut Milk, and Fresh Jicama. For the sweetest ending, indulge in a Coconut Pearl Pudding with Fresh Mango and Hazelnut Praline Crunchy, designed by Pastry Chef Erica Lee.
