"I'm thrilled to bring a slice of Napa Valley to New York City," expresses Chef Garcia. "Many of our Napa Valley guests hail from New York, and it's a joy to evoke their cherished wine country memories or inspire plans for future visits. Each dish at Auro is more than a meal; it's a 'golden' narrative, a vivid tale of the valley's abundant treasures. Our cuisine doesn't just offer flavours; it creates an intimate bond with the heart of Napa, its vines, and its lasting legacy."
