His international experience spans across esteemed establishments in Paris, London, and Switzerland, further showcasing his versatility and expertise in the culinary world.

Born in Naples, Italy, Giovanni’s culinary journey is deeply rooted in the rich gastronomic traditions of his homeland. His educational background, which includes a Certificate in Master of Wine and Spirits from the prestigious Ecole de Changins, further highlights his commitment to excellence. With fluency in Italian, French, English, and ongoing Spanish language practice, Giovanni brings a truly international and culturally diverse perspective to his role.

As Director of Food and Beverage, Giovanni’s leadership elevates the dining experience at Four Seasons, aligning seamlessly with the brand's commitment to providing unparalleled luxury experiences.
