Saleem Zidan joined the Four Seasons family as the Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley. Prior to this, he served as the director of rooms at Waldorf Astoria Park City for over a year. Saleem's career saw a significant advancement in 2020 when he transitioned from director of housekeeping to director of rooms by 2022.

Before embracing the snow, Saleem's professional roots were in northern California, where he held various positions in Sacramento, San Francisco, and Sonoma. His career in the rooms division spans over 14 years. 

Born in Amman, Jordan, Saleem was raised in northern California. At the age of 18, he returned to Jordan to pursue a degree in International Business and Hospitality. Although initially interested in becoming a chef, Saleem discovered his true passion lay in managing hotel operations, particularly in guest check-ins, check-outs, and room turnovers.

Now at Four Seasons Napa Valley, Saleem is excited to further his career in a region he calls home. Alongside his wife, Kinga, and their two dogs, Saleem finds joy in hiking and delving into the vibrant local food and beverage culture.
