This November, the Gulf Coast welcomes the reimagined return of two iconic beachfront destinations: HB’s and Sunset Bar at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, where guests will indulge in relaxed coastal luxury. From dining at the water’s edge and artfully crafted fresh seafood selections to Latin-inspired bites and cocktails, both newly opened venues celebrate their unrivalled shoreline setting in Old Naples. Under the direction of Executive Chef Fabio Quarta, Chef de Cuisine Maru Cacho and Beverage Manager Christian Favier, they balance legacy and innovation, each offering a distinct experience that highlights local flavours and embraces Naples’ idyllic lifestyle.

HB’s: A Treasured Beachfront Favourite

With an elevated coastal look, expanded dining terrace, and a seafood-forward menu that showcases the Gulf Coast’s bounty, the beloved HB’s is ready to welcome a new generation of guests to savour beachfront dining. With floor-to-ceiling glass doors, the views are always spectacular and when opened, the soft breeze and briny sea air drifts in further enhancing the magnificent sense of place. A shiplap panelled private dining room is an ideal spot for intimate gatherings of up 14, offering stunning sea and sunset views and its own deck for pre-dinner cocktails. Private events include specialty experiences, such as a signature HB’s Clam Bake and family style menus. From casual “sandy toes” lunches to stylish evenings, the menu is anchored by fresh local catch, raw-bar selections, and artfully prepared crudo daily from 11:30 am to 11:00 pm. Signature dishes include:

  • HB Imperial Crudo – a selection of fresh crudo, tartar, sauces, and garnishes
  • Plateau Royal – oysters, tuna, snapper, hamachi, salmon, lobster, shrimp, and stone crab
  • Snapper Crudo – with leche de tigre, grapefruit, and radish
  • Bluefin Tuna T-Bone Steak Tagliata – with arugula, red radish, and tomato tapenade
  • Nori and Lemon Butter Grilled Lobster – served with a garden leaves salad

HB’s new cocktail program pairs seamlessly with its menu, featuring signature drinks such as the citrus-forward Sunshine (St. George Citrus Vodka, Florida Orange, Cointreau, Orange Blossom, Blanc de Blancs), the nutty and aromatic Captain Watkins (Sazerac Rye, Toasted Almond, Earl Grey, Lemon, Bitters), and the refreshing 5th Ave (Lalo Tequila Blanco, Strawberry, Balsamic, Lemon, Basil), each crafted with farm fresh ingredients and inventive presentation.

Sunset Bar: A Magnetic Golden-Hour Gathering Spot

Legendary among Naples beach bars, Sunset Bar returns as an iconic golden hour gathering spot, where guests and locals come to mingle. While the sky puts on a spectacular show each evening, a ceremonial blowing of the conch will occur each night and guests can enjoy tropical cocktails and a menu that focuses on the vibrant flavours of Mexico, with choices such as ceviche, tostadas and tacos, and, of course, signature guacamole.

Signature dishes include:

  • Mex Burger – chorizo patty, bacon, jalapeños, requesón cheese on a brioche bun
  • Ceviche Verde – basil, cucumber, pickled onions, serrano
  • Baja Style Shrimp Tacos - cabbage apple slaw, spicy mayo

The Latin-inspired coastal fare is paired with an extensive tequila and agave program while signature cocktails offer playful presentations.  These include the swirled Beach Club Colada (Bacardi Ocho, Toasted Coconut, Pandan, Pineapple / Diplomatico Planas, Fresh and Caramelized Strawberry, Yuzu, Campari), the smoky El Centro (Abasolo Whiskey, Amontillado Sherry, Nixta, Mole), and the colourful Sabrina Sunset (Ketel One, Fermented Raspberry, Citrus, Grapefruit Soda). Of course, popular frozen cocktail favourites from Pina Coladas to Daiquiris are also on the menu. Each drink reflects the bar’s lively atmosphere and its coastal-meets-local inspiration.   Sunset Bar will be open daily from 10:00 am to 11:00 pm.
