Introducing The Wager: A Spirited New Take on the Classic Sports Pub at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort

The energy of game day is getting a distinctly Naples twist this fall with the mid-October opening of The Wager, the spirited new sports gastropub at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort. Lively, social and unmistakably fun, The Wager reimagines classic sports-pub culture through the lens of Four Seasons hospitality, bringing together craveable food, inventive cocktails, live sporting events and interactive entertainment in a vibrant setting designed for guests, residents and the local community.

Located within the resort’s Market Square, The Wager offers indoor and outdoor seating, with an expansive central bar, table seating and multiple high-definition screens showcasing live sporting events.  Adding an entirely new dimension to the experience, The Wager is home to a four-lane regulation bowling alley, a first for the Four Seasons brand, alongside a dynamic games area featuring pool, foosball, ping-pong, pinball, arcade favourites and more. Outdoors, a spacious covered terrace overlooks the resort’s putting course, and beyond to The Gardens, the lushly landscaped Tom Fazio-designed golf course opening in early 2027.

A Menu Made for Game Day and Beyond

The Wager’s menu offers an elevated take on classic pub fare, combining familiar favourites with seafood, salads and more substantial entrées. Menu highlights include Beer-Battered Fish & Chips with mushy peas, tartar sauce and malt vinegar and homemade Country Terrine with cornichon, toasted baguette, Dijon mustard, and lettuce.

The menu extends beyond traditional pub fare, featuring dishes such as Lobster Grain Salad with barley, farro, lobster chunks, marinated vegetables, and green goddess avocado dressing and a Lobster Roll with Tabasco aioli, fennel slaw, alfalfa sprouts, and Old Bay chips. Desserts include a Warm Skillet Cookie with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce, and a Kitchen Sink Ice Cream Sundae loaded with chocolate and caramel sauce and a variety of toppings.

A dedicated children’s menu features options such as a mini burger, fish and chips, grilled chicken breast and mac & cheese bites. The Wager will also offer rotating weekly specials, including Friday pork sausage with mash and grilled onions, Saturday shepherd’s pie and a traditional Sunday roast served with roasted potatoes, vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

For quick bites between games, The Wager’s snack menu features grissini and blue cheese honey dip, butter or caramel popcorn, sea salt potato chips with onion dip, pigs in a blanket with English mustard, and Wager Trail Mix.

Cocktails, Cold Beer and a Naples State of Mind

The Wager’s beverage program is equally playful, with signature cocktails created to complement the convivial spirit of the room. The Wager Pimm’s Cup combines Pimm’s No. 1, St. George Apple Brandy, lemon and ginger, while the Azalea #2 pairs reposado tequila with pomegranate, hibiscus and lime. The Dew Sweeper blends Jameson, Guinness, Kahlúa and cold brew, and the Kingston Julep offers a tropical interpretation of the classic with Woodford Reserve, toasted coconut, coconut water and fresh mint.

Beer takes a starring role, with a draft lineup showcasing Florida breweries alongside familiar favourites. The selection includes pours from 3 Daughters Brewing, Funky Buddha, Green Bench, Motorworks Brewing, Scotty’s Bierworks, LaBelle Brewing, Kaleidoscope and Riptide Brewing. Wines by the glass and non-alcoholic options round out the beverage offering.

Private Gatherings at The Wager

Overlooking The Gardens golf course, the wood-panelled private dining room offers a warm, club-inspired setting for events of up to 40 guests seated.  Guests have access to a private outdoor terrace with vistas of the adjacent putting course and The Gardens' tranquil water features and lush landscaping. Private dining guests enjoy complimentary access to the games area and the putting course, with bowling available as an additional option.
