A new Sunday ritual begins by the sea as HB’s Restaurant at Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, debuts Sunday Beachside Brunch on April 26, 2026.

Designed to be relaxed and social, brunch guests are welcomed with a glass of Champagne upon arrival, followed by an expansive culinary journey. The experience opens with warm Southern biscuits accompanied by a selection of house-made jams, then continues with HB’s signature crudo platter.

Served for two, this artfully presented selection of seafood features crudo and tartare preparations of hamachi, salmon, snapper, tuna, and shrimp, paired with bright accompaniments including avocado purée, crab salad, and house-made sauces.

Guests then personalize their brunch experience by selecting an entrée from an elevated à la carte menu:

  • Crab Benedict – crab cakes, poached eggs, herbed hollandaise, English muffin
  • Lobster Roll – spicy mayo, sumac, fennel-apple slaw
  • Steak & Fries – 6 ounce American wagyu striploin, béarnaise, grilled tomato
  • Grilled Branzino – romesco, broccolini, basil, toasted almonds, fennel salad
  • Shakshuka Eggs with Gulf Shrimp – peppers, tomato gravy, sourdough
  • Super Bowl – lentils, barley, tomato, onion, parsley-lemon vinaigrette, feta, cucumber, pomegranate, mint, hummus, grilled kale, avocado

Enhancing the experience is a continuous flow of handcrafted canapés and shareable plates passed tableside throughout the meal, creating a dynamic, communal atmosphere that feels both indulgent and unhurried. Highlights include Devilled Eggs with Caviar, Hipiti Dip, Mini Caesar Salad, Wedge Potato with Tzatziki, Cucumber Avocado Maki, Chicken Liver Mousse, Sliders, and more. As part of HB’s signature brunch experience, guests may enjoy unlimited selections of these passed small dishes throughout their meal.

HB’s Sunday Beachside Brunch is offered every Sunday beginning April 26, 2026, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (last seating at 2:30 pm), priced at USD 110 per person. The experience includes a glass of Champagne, the signature crudo platter, choice of entrée, and unlimited passed small bites. Reservations are required and can be booked online.
