Sunday Festive Brunch
Celebrate the season with a Festive Sunday Brunch at Mimo on December 8 and 15, 2024 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Gather with loved ones for a brunch experience featuring a buffet, carving stations, exclusive holiday cocktails and a live DJ spinning holiday music. Guests can look forward to a special visit from Santa himself, adding a magical touch to the celebration.
Festive Carolers Dinner
On Friday, December 20, and Saturday, December 21,2024, guests can savour Tuscan-inspired à la carte dinner favourites such as Lobster Linguine, Colorado Lamb Chops, and Roasted Maine Diver Scallops, all while enjoying the festive sounds of holiday classics performed by carolers. The Festive Carolers Dinner will be offered from 5:00 until 10:00 pm with musical performances from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
Christmas Day Brunch
Guests can get into the Christmas spirit early with a jovial holiday brunch at Mimo, offered on Christmas Day from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The holiday experience will feature a decadent brunch buffet with experiential food stations, gingerbread decorating, and a special visit from Santa Claus. The brunch is priced at USD 110 and USD 55 for children under 12 years of age.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinner
Gather with loved ones together on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day for a special Italian-inspired holiday feast at Mimo. The four-course prix-fixe holiday menu will be offered exclusively on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day from 5:00 to 10:00 pm for USD 135 per guest and USD 55 for children under 12 years of age.
The Tuscan-inspired menu allows guests to choose from a variety of delectable dishes for a memorable holiday meal. For the antipasti, guests can indulge in dishes such as Fegato, a decadent caramelized foie gras with cherry gastrique, pancetta marmalade, and toasted brioche; or enjoy a Zuppa of blue crab bisque topped with crème fraîche, salmon roe, and chives. For a lighter starter, the Insalata combines fresh beets, mâche, Greek yogurt dressing, and a hint of pistachio oil.
The primi course features handcrafted pastas, including spinach Ravioli filled with braised duck and Italian truffles; Tortellini in Brodo, filled with veal, pork, prosciutto, and Parmigiano, served in aromatic broth; and Mafalde with porcini mushroom ragu, Lacinato kale, and fresh herbs.
During the secondi course, guests may select from the Brasato, with braised short ribs served alongside creamy polenta and roasted root vegetables in a rich Nebbiolo sauce; Salmone, Ora King salmon with fregola sarda, clams, and brodetto; or Risotto with Maine lobster, fermented garlic, and basil.
The holiday feast concludes with a delicious array of dolci, including Bosco Nero, a mascarpone cream with roasted cherries and devil’s food cake; Affogato, a trio of gelato with espresso crème anglaise and apple confit; and a Limoncello Baba featuring tropical fruits and mascarpone cream.
New Year’s Eve Dinner and Celebrations
Ring in 2025 with a decadent four-course dinner on New Year’s Eve priced at USD 145 per guest.
The evening begins with a Shigoku Oyster amuse-bouche, complemented by Osetra caviar, cucumber pearls, and crispy shallots, setting the tone for a truly extraordinary dining experience.
For the antipasti course, guests can choose between Tuna Crudo featuring yellowfin tuna, Castelvetrano olives, capers, and blood orange dressing; King Crab and Sunchoke Bisque with purple potato, fennel, and crème fraîche; Prime Angus Beef Carpaccio with black truffle, aged Parmigiano, arugula, and a hazelnut-porcini mushroom purée; and Mimo Winter Salad featuring grilled endives, radicchio, roasted winter squash, and imported Gorgonzola.
Highlights from the primi selection include Lobster Ravioli filled with Maine lobster and burrata, accented by fresh chives; Duck Pappardelle, featuring slow-braised duck ragu and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano; or Scarpinocc with celery root, brown butter, aged balsamic, and sage.
For the main course, guests can indulge in Alaskan Halibut, served with confit fennel, mussels in a saffron broth, and dill emulsion; house-made Porchetta with roasted root vegetables and salsa verde; Truffle Risotto with aged Carnaroli rice, Umbria black truffle, and Tuscan pecorino; or a 24 oz. Dry-Aged Bone-In Ribeye, complemented by rosemary potatoes and grilled broccoli rabe.
To conclude the meal, guests can enjoy Vanilla and Raspberries with Madagascar vanilla Bavarian cream, raspberry confit, and Champagne elderflower gelée, or Pane e Cioccolate, featuring dark chocolate crémeux, toasted ciabatta, and agrumato lemon olive oil.
New Year’s Eve Celebration
Hotel guests and residents are invited to celebrate at the Hotel’s late-night New Year’s Eve Party, featuring a red-carpet photo opportunity, live jazz from 7:00 to 10:00 pm, and a DJ from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am, with bottle service available. Outside guests can join in on the fun with a USD 50 cover. Exclusive VIP booths for up to four people are available for USD 200.
