Rivière Rooftop at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville Announces Summer Programming, Dinner Menu and Local Day Passes

Located on the seventh floor of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, Rivière Rooftop now invites guests to enjoy a refined dinner service, vibrant weekend parties and special access through Resort Pass.

Available daily from 5:00 pm, Rivière’s dinner menu celebrates the bright, coastal flavours of Europe with a fresh, shareable approach.

Guests begin with small plates such as the Harissa Chicken Lollipops, served alongside a house made tzatziki; Rivière Saganaki, featuring whipped feta, garlic and a drizzle of local honey atop toasted baguette; Crispy Eggplant and Radish, served with Calabrian garlic butter and dukkah; or Charred Cabbage with stracciatella and pistachio.

Indulge in the Grilled Octopus with dill emulsion and romesco; or explore fresh crudo selections such as the Yellowfin Tuna with shallot pepper relish and capers; or Hamachi with kosho, citrus, and sesame.

Entrees include a flavourful Za’atar Fried Chicken, paired with tahini and house hot sauce; Branzino, served over saffron rice with a zesty tomato Veracruz sauce; or a 16-ounce New York Strip with a demi-glaze. For a modern comfort classic, the Double Smash Burger layers American cheese, arugula, and pickle chili crisp on a toasted bun, with za’atar fries on the side.

The experience rounds out with sweet indulgences, including a Dubai Chocolate Bar with pistachio crunch; Citrus Tart, layered with lemon mousse and mandarin cremeux; or Pavlova with rhubarb and lemon shortbread.

Sunday Pool Club

Beginning June 1, 2025, kick off summer weekends with Rivière Rooftop’s Sunday Pool Club from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, a lively series of Sunday parties in partnership with live music curator, Jam Juice.

Access is complimentary for Hotel guests and residents of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Passes are available on OpenTable starting at USD 25.

Guests enjoy full use of the rooftop infinity pool and amenities, including passed bites and curated cocktails led by Beverage Manager Alexandre Renoue.

Resort Pass

Now available on Resort Pass, Rivière Rooftop offers locals and travellers the chance to enjoy poolside lounging without an overnight stay.

Day guests can soak in skyline views from the infinity pool while enjoying handcrafted cocktails, curated bites, complimentary fruit skewers, sunglass cleaning and three-hour valet parking.

Passes are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm starting at USD 50. Daybed rentals begin at USD 125. Day pass access is limited to guests 21 and older; children are welcome only as Hotel guests.
