The package includes a heart-shaped in-room welcome amenity, customized to each guest’s preference, alongside a choice of a celebratory bottle and a sweet or savoury treat to enjoy while basking in the romantic ambiance of a white rose petal turndown service. Personalized Four Seasons pyjamas are included as a unique keepsake, while nightly valet parking for one vehicle ensures a seamless stay. Guests also receive 10 percent off on Spa products with the purchase of a Valentine Facial, and a complimentary glass of rosé is offered with the purchase of an entrée at Mimo Restaurant and Bar.

Mimo Restaurant and Bar

Relish in a four-course Tuscan-inspired menu and the sophisticated style of Mimo Restaurant and Bar on Friday, February 14, 2025, beginning at 5:00 pm.

The evening begins with a complimentary assaggio featuring Ostricia, which is Boomamoto Oyster adorned with Imperial Caviar, Lemon and Crème Fraiche.

For the antipasti course, guests can savour options such as Burrata and Prosciutto with aged Parma Ham and house made Focaccia; Mushroom Soup with Crispy Maitake and Whipped Herbed Ricotta;  or Insalata topped with Cara Cara Orange, Walnuts and a Citrus Dressing.

Primi dishes offer an indulgent selection of handcrafted pasta and risotto. Highlights include Winter Hubbard Squash Agnolotti with Brown Butter and Amaretti Crumble; Spaghetti with Little Neck Clams and Diver Scallops; and Risotto featuring Hudson Valley Foie Gras and Parmigiano Reggiano.

For the secondi, guests can choose from standout entrées such as Grilled Lobster Tail with Sunchoke Purée and Candy Stripe Beets; Prime Beef Tenderloin with Potato Croquettes and Nebbiolo Jus; or Branzino with Artichoke Emulsion and Lemon.

The evening concludes with a decadent dolce with the choice of Soufflé al Cioccolato, made with Tequila Infused Chipotle, Cherry Cacao Liqueur and Espresso; or Fragole e Panna served with Vanilla Bavarian Cream.

Guests will be treated to a tableside Champagne trolley, accompanied by a curated selection of bubbles to elevate the experience. Beverage Manager Alexandre Renoue has also crafted a special cocktail menu, which includes unique creations such as the tequila-based Love in Paradise and Blood Orange Margarita, along with a reimagined espresso martini, the Velvet Affogato.

The menu is offered for USD 150 per guest between 5:00 and 10:00 pm on Friday, February 14, 2025. The restaurant will provide complimentary valet parking for up to three hours.
