Four Seasons Hotel Nashville welcomes guests to gather and indulge this Thanksgiving with two distinctive dining experiences on Thursday, November 26. From a lavish holiday buffet set against sweeping views of Nashville in the Grand Ballroom to a leisurely meal at Bacco, guests can enjoy a memorable holiday celebration tailored to their style.

Thanksgiving in the hotel's Grand Ballroom has become a holiday tradition for guests looking to make the most of the special day. Set high above the city with sweeping views of the downtown skyline and Cumberland River, the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into an elegant Thanksgiving gathering filled with festive food, live music, and plenty of opportunities to visit with family and friends.

The expansive buffet will feature an indulgent selection of Thanksgiving favourites alongside fresh seafood, seasonal salads, chef-attended carving stations, and an array of elevated holiday sides. Guests can begin with an interactive oyster bar, including jumbo prawns and ceviche, before exploring a selection of salumi, local cheeses, market vegetables, and seasonal soups. At the carving station, Apple Cider-Brined Turkey Breast will be served with gravy and cranberry sauce, and Herb and Black Pepper-Crusted Prime Rib will be paired with demi-glace and creamy horseradish. A selection of sides will round out the feast, including Roasted Brussels Sprouts with bacon, shallots, and balsamic gastrique; Roasted Herb Garlic Carrots; Sweet Potato Mash with charred marshmallow; Garlic Yukon Mashed Potatoes; and Classic Brioche Stuffing. Guests will want to save room for dessert, which will include an assortment of handcrafted sweets and traditional Thanksgiving pies from Pastry Chef Hector Llompart.

The Thanksgiving buffet will be served from 12:00 noon to 7:00 pm, with live music creating the soundtrack for a festive day of celebration. Pricing is USD 105 for adults and USD 50 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. Guests can add a beverage package for an additional USD 39 per person, featuring a selection of wine, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Reservations can be made through OpenTable.

For guests seeking a more intimate, Italian-inspired Thanksgiving, the hotel’s lobby-level restaurant, Bacco, will remain open throughout the holiday, offering its Tuscan-inspired menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, alongside special Thanksgiving offerings. Known for its sophisticated approach to Italian dining and steakhouse classics, Bacco welcomes guests to gather around the table and celebrate the holiday at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.
