Originally from Argentina, Demian Kojro began his career with Four Seasons Hotel Bueno Aires as a pool attendant back in 2008, gaining valuable experience in operations before arriving at his current role as Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Demian’s wife, Asthyn, is a Tennessee native, inspiring the Kojro family’s move in 2023.

With his mother's career also in hospitality, Demian's path naturally gravitated towards studying hotel management and eventually joined the Four Seasons team in 2008.  His journey includes notable roles such as Director of Rooms, Assistant Director of Rooms and Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, showcasing his versatility in the field. Yet, he has contributed to various departments such as spa, security, and front desk over his tenure with Four Seasons.

According to Demian, if he could be anywhere, he would be sipping a great glass of malbec with his friends and family in Buenos Aires. Because of this, he was excited to experience the growing food and beverage scene in Nashville. Additionally, his preferred spot for enjoying live music in Nashville is The Station Inn. When not immersed in the city's offerings, Demian can be found enjoying picturesque destinations such as Leiper's Fork and experiencing the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee with his wife and their two children, Max and Archer.
