A native of Milan, Italy, Francesco Greco has inherited the city’s world-renowned creativity and applied it to the art of cooking in Paris, Shanghai, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Jakarta, London, Amman, and now in Nashville, Tennessee. Chef Francesco Greco joins Four Seasons Hotel Nashville from Four Seasons Hotel Amman in Amman, Jordan, where he served as Executive Chef for three years.

Chef Francesco's culinary career has led him around the world to work in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants. He has worked alongside a number of highly respected Italian chefs including Michelin-starred Chef Paola Budel, protégé of the famous Chef Gualtiero Marchesi, and Chef Romano Resen, a legendary chef specializing in fine dining regional Italian cooking, as well as famous French chefs Alain Soliveres and Christian Rassinoux.

His vast experience around the globe has allowed him to hone his craft and develop a specialization of authentic international cuisines with classic and modern techniques. Over the course of his stellar career, Francesco has been awarded Shanghai Chef of the Year 2009 and Italian Cuisine Master Chef 2011 by GVCI group and Academia Barilla. After more than two decades sharpening his skills across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, Chef Francesco is thrilled to continue his career in the United States at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville.

“I have been so fortunate to work in fantastic restaurants across Europe and Asia, and I’m very much enjoying to the opportunity as I continue my career in America in a city as vibrant as Nashville,” says Chef Francesco.

Chef Francesco enjoys exploring Nashville’s live music scene and the natural beauty of Tennessee, along with his wife, Sari, and children, Antonio and Nadia. In his free time, he likes to listen to music, watch movies, and play and coach soccer.
