Sonny Gorushanovich joined Four Seasons Hotel Nashville in 2024, bringing decades of international expertise in the hospitality industry. With a Hospitality Management Degree from Arizona State University and fluency in five languages, Gorushanovich offers a global perspective to his work.

Gorushanovich began his hospitality career as a pool boy at the Scottsdale Princess, a five-star resort in Arizona, where he discovered a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. Throughout his dynamic career, Gorushanovich has held prominent roles in luxury properties around the globe, such as the director of food and beverage at both The Setai Miami Beach and the W Nashville. He was food and beverage manager at the Donovan House, a Thompson Hotel in Washington, DC, director of operations at Savour Hospitality Group in Cleveland, Ohio, and food and beverage asset manager at Nikki Beach Resort and Spa in Dubai. Additionally, he served as general manager of Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach and held other leadership roles at Mandarin Oriental Miami and Jean-Georges at Trump Tower.

A barbecue master, Gorushanovich enjoys smoking meats and sausages, showcasing his culinary creativity outside of work. When he’s not at the smoker, he cherishes spending time with his family and exploring Nashville’s beautiful parks.
