Mimo Bar Reveals Cocktail Menu Ethos

Mimo Bar, SoBro’s lively destination for cocktails, light bites, and conviviality at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, offers an exciting cocktail menu, filled with creative and eye-catching libations hand-crafted by the talented staff of mixologists.

A true labour of love, the cocktail menu at Mimo Bar was a collaborative effort by the entire restaurant and bar staff. Senior mixologists at the downtown Nashville hotspot were paired with servers and barbacks to dream up imaginative cocktails for the latest iteration of the menu. The end result is a tantalizing and diverse selection of handcrafted cocktails that showcase the breadth of creativity and expertise of the restaurant’s team.

“Nashville is a city that is praised for its adaptability and creativity,” says Assistant Bar Manager Jacob Willey. “As a bar team, we want to reflect the ever-changing nature of this vibrant city and create a cocktail program that’s unique, diverse, and imaginative. The new options offer something for everyone, whatever their preferred spirit and style.”

The Bi-Centennial Spritz is an effervescent choose-your-own adventure with a choice of either Happenstance Bourbon or Ketel One Grapefruit and Rose vodka, paired with St-Germain, lemon, mint, and prosecco. The Bless Your Heart is a vibrant and bittersweet blend of Irish gin, Campari, strawberry and hibiscus that is topped with an aromatic bubble that guests can pop to release a scented smoke that enhances the flavour profile of the cocktail. The Spaghetti Western bridges southern Italian and Southern hospitality, something Mimo is known for, with High West bourbon, Punt e Mes vermouth, Meletti Amaro and orange bitters. Two zero-proof cocktails are also offered on the menu.

Open Sunday to Wednesday from 11:00 am to 12:00 midnight and Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 am to 1:00 am, Mimo Bar is the perfect destination for a post-work cocktail, a pre-dinner gathering with friends, or a celebratory nightcap. The cocktail menu is complemented by a selection of hand-picked beers and wines.  No reservation is required for the bar and lounge area.
