Mimo Restaurant and Bar Keeps It Local with Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Coffee Bar

Mimo Restaurant and Bar, the flagship restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, also offers a convenient on-the-go option for Hotel guests, Nashville residents, and downtown employees. Available daily from 6:00 to 11:00 am at Mimo Bar, this quick, easy, and delicious Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Coffee Bar gives guests a quick caffeine fix with a barista-driven coffee and espresso menu, as well as a selection of to-go breakfast options from Mimo’s all-star culinary team.

Guests can start their morning off right with a selection of Lavazza coffee or espresso drinks, expertly prepared by Mimo’s baristas. Drink specials, such as the refreshing summer offerings of Coffee Soda and Coffee Tonic, rotate seasonally. Non-coffee drinkers have their choice of Rishi tea, juice, and water.

A particularly exciting feature to the menu is Mimo’s own canned Oat Milk Nitro Coffee and Straight Iced Coffee. In partnership with Nashville-based Good Citizen Coffee Co., the proprietary blend of flash-chilled fresh coffees is white labelled specifically for Mimo.

Delicious coffee drinks are complemented by Mimo’s tempting made-from-scratch pastries and danishes, including Nutella and Chocolate Monkey Bread, Strawberry and Basil Danish, Almond Croissant, and Buttermilk Biscuits. Gluten-free options, such as the Double Chocolate Chip Cookie and Lemon and Olive Oil Muffin, are always on the menu as well.

In addition to the selection of fresh baked goods, Mimo’s Grab-and-Go Breakfast menu includes Yogurt Parfait, Fruit Bowl, and a Breakfast Sandwich made with scrambled eggs, applewood bacon, and cheddar cheese on a scratch-made croissant.
