Father’s Day at TY Bar – In celebration of Father’s Day, TY Bar will offer a special menu featuring elevated comfort food and curated whiskey flights. Highlights include a gourmet slider trio (Wagyu with smoked gouda, BBQ bourbon brisket, and lamb with feta and tzatziki), Korean street tacos, and an artisan cheese and charcuterie board. Sweet endings include bourbon crème brûlée tartlets, espresso mousse cups, and dark chocolate–covered bacon skewers. Guests can enhance the experience with top-shelf whiskey and scotch tasting flights such as the Whiskey Trail Flight featuring pours from Whistlepig Boss Hog, Hibiki Harmony and Orphan Barrel Distillery, and the Grain to Glass Flight, with Balvenie 21 Year, Glenfiddich 21 Year Rum Cask, and Macallan Rare Cask served with dark chocolate, candied orange peel, and roasted pecans.
Central Park Picnic Experience – This summer, Four Seasons Hotel New York invites guests to explore Manhattan’s most iconic green space with an elevated picnic experience, complete with curated baskets. Three distinct menus, crafted for two by the culinary team, offer something for every palate – from indulgent breakfast bites to elegant afternoon spreads:
- EPIC Breakfast: A sunrise feast featuring mini pastries, seasonal fruit, smoked fish with traditional accompaniments, mini bagels, yogurt parfaits, asparagus-goat cheese frittatas, and bacon-egg-cheese puff pastry bites. Served with green juice and orange juice.
- Classic Picnic: A refined selection of local cheeses and charcuterie, trio of spreads, Greek and Cobb salads, a smoked turkey club sandwich, kettle chips, chocolate chip cookies, and Natalie’s strawberry lemonade.
- Plant-Based Picnic: A fresh and colourful assortment of seasonal crudités with pea and avocado dip, hummus, baba ganoush, lemon asparagus with za’atar, mixed greens with green goddess dressing, kettle chips, cookies, and strawberry lemonade.
Summer Pancake Series – The Garden at Four Seasons Hotel New York introduces a whimsical new pancake series, offering guests a rotating selection of seasonal pancakes that celebrate peak ingredients, iconic New York traditions, and playful Americana. Each month, a specialty pancake will debut as a limited-time feature, with festive additions planned for the Fourth of July (a star-spangled flag pancake) and US Open week (a Honey Deuce-inspired creation). Specials for the summer series include:
- Peach Cobbler Pancake (June) – Fluffy buttermilk pancakes topped with grilled peaches, a spiced mascarpone cream, and brown sugar-cinnamon crumble—warm, nostalgic, and made to mark the start of summer.
- Strawberry Shortcake Pancake (July) – A bright and breezy nod to peak berry season, this dish layers soft pancakes with dehydrated strawberries, whipped cream, and a generous spoonful of mint-macerated strawberries.
- Campfire S’mores Pancake (August) – A decadent tribute to summer nights, featuring stacked pancakes finished with toasted meringue, graham cracker crumble, and rich chocolate sauce—no fire pit required.
Pride Cocktail Offerings – This June, TY Bar continues its celebration of New York City’s cocktail heritage with a special Pride menu that honours the revolutionary spirit and cultural impact of the LGBTQ+ community in the 1970s. As with the bar’s regular offerings—which spotlight pivotal eras in the city’s imbibing history—this limited-time trio of cocktails draws inspiration from a transformative decade that saw protest evolve into celebration and nightlife become a powerful vehicle for self-expression. From the defiant beginnings at Stonewall to the euphoric pulse of Paradise Garage, these drinks pay tribute to the era that helped shape both a movement and the city itself.
- Stonewall Uprising (Grey Goose Vodka, Lavender-Infused St-Germain, Fresh lemon, Butterfly Pea Flower, Prosecco Float) - A colour-changing cocktail that pays homage to the early hours of June 28, 1969, when patrons of the Stonewall Inn rose against injustice. The vibrant transformation of this drink from deep blue to purple represents the dawn of Pride.
- Christopher Street Liberty (Hendrick’s Gin, House Rainbow Peppercorn Tincture, Fresh Mint, Bitter Orange, Champagne) - This effervescent cocktail honours the first Pride march in 1970 and the diverse voices that made history. A nod to the courage and celebration that began on Christopher Street.
- Paradise Garage (Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, Passionfruit, Pineapple, Lime, Coconut Foam, Disco Ball Ice Sphere) - Named for the legendary club that served as a safe haven for the LGBTQ+ community from 1977 to 1987. Smoky mezcal and tropical flavours capture the raw energy and joy of the disco era.
