Community Comes Together for an Elegant Summer Soirée at Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara

To celebrate the best of the North San Diego community, Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara in Carlsbad is welcoming local residents to a Summer Soirée on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.

With the theme of “Luxury Meets Sustainability,” this open house event invites local community members to mix, mingle and enjoy live music, food, and libations – while exploring a showcase for local artists, designers, and craftspeople, and experiencing all the amazing facilities of Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara.

“The Summer Soirée is a chance for us to showcase how we combine Four Seasons luxury with our commitment to sustainability,” says Demi Ortega, Regional Vice President and General Manager of Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara. “We have always been dedicated to celebrating and protecting the beauty of this natural sanctuary at the edge of the Pacific.”

To bring delicious luxury to the Summer Soirée, Four Seasons Chef Jerade Hill is partnering with Thomas Grimm, CEO of Carlsbad Aquafarm, and Matt Steinke, General Manager of Carlsbad Aquafarm, both of whom are unwaveringly passionate about protecting the local marine environment. Together they’ll be shucking and preparing freshly harvested Carlsbad oysters at this year’s event. To provide the perfect pairing, there’s an eye-catching Champagne wall, featuring Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne. Additionally, guests can enjoy a glass of red or white wine, or a signature cocktail made with Malfy Gin while they relish light bites crafted by Chef Jerade Hill.

The Summer Soirée is also a chance to shop from a wide selection of hand-crafted art, home décor, skincare products, apparel and accessories, while getting to know local businesses, designers and purveyors who demonstrate a dedication to sustainability practices. Participants include: Mercedes Benz (touting their new line of electric vehicles), Sodashi Skincare (dedicated to using sustainably sourced products and packaging), Refusion by Rais Case (elegantly upcycled material for hand bags), Thread Spun (well-made consciously sourced goods), and many more.

For local community members, the open house provides a fascinating opportunity to explore first-hand everything that makes Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara such a popular destination for international visitors. Throughout the year, local residents are always welcome to come relax at the Driftwood Spa, dine at Seasons Restaurant, or plan a meeting or event for up to 25 guests in the restaurant’s Private Dining Room.
