As Guest Experience Manager, Kaitlyn Flores is responsible for curating special moments and experiences for Residence Club owners and guests, as well as collaborating with Aviara team members to develop special events and activities that connect with the local community. These experiences include bespoke offerings at a local beach or crafting a day with Sky Falconry, where owners can learn about local birds of prey and San Diego’s rich, natural wildlife.

I enjoy connecting with people and have come to realize that my favourite part of the job is building relationships with guests and owners, as well as planning special events for holidays."
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending her free time at the beach (an after-work walk on the sand is a favourite way to unwind) and staying active with Pilates and yoga. Kaitlyn is eager to help plan an amazing experience for guests at Aviara.
