One could say that Leon Pellicer has hospitality in his DNA. Born in Mexico City, his father was a general manager for Hoteles El Presidente. With dual citizenship in the US and Mexico, Leon studied Hotel Management at Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. In 1999, just six months before he earned his bachelor's degree, he joined the opening team at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita as a Room Service Attendant.
Over time, Leon advanced through multiple leadership roles at Punta Mita in the Food and Beverage department, including positions overseeing In-Room Dining, All-Day Dining, Fine Dining and Pool & Beach operations. His dedication and leadership led to a transfer to Four Seasons Resort Maui in 2006 where he served as Director of Recreation.

Beyond his impressive professional journey, Leon is an avid surfer, traveller, and soccer enthusiast. He and Nicole are the parents of three daughters: Mila (born in Hawaii), Ari (born in San Francisco) and Georgia (born in Seattle).
