Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina Stirs Things Up with Mixology Class at Noe

Noe, the award-winning Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, debuts weekly mixology masterclasses.  Guests are invited to sip, shake and stir things up with the engaging and hands-on class, offered every Thursday at the Noe bar.

While Noe specializes in Southern Italian cuisine and light, refreshing cocktails, the mixology masterclass goes well beyond the Amalfi coast.  From gin, bourbon and rum to mescal and tequila, the experienced Noe bartenders explore different ways to prepare various spirits during the hands-on, intimate one-hour lesson.  Along with the myriad spirits, the masterclass explores all aspects of the art of cocktails – from tools of the trade to the use of fresh ingredients and dehydrated garnish techniques, seasonal purees, fruit infusions, aromatic tips and house-made syrups.  The amount of knowledge and learning is endless, yet very accessible and approachable, allowing guests to seamlessly re-imagine at home.

“With a combined 30 years of cocktail making experience, our lead bartenders – Michael and Vaitiare - have the knowledge, creativity and passion for sparking curiosity and most importantly, fun, during the mixology class,” notes Jonah Galase, General Manager of Noe. “Cocktails are and should be enjoyable, therefore each class is customized based on the guest’s palate and interest, which allows for a unique learning experience and opportunity to recreate at home based on the guest’s already existing cocktail profile.”
