Mina’s Fish House at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina announces the launch of Dinner with the Fish Sommelier, a new culinary series. Guests are invited to indulge in an unparalleled omakase-style dining event featuring a five-course tasting menu led by Mina’s Fish House’s revered Fish Sommeliers – Ryan Houser and Saui Matagiese.

In the tradition of a wine sommelier, the Fish Sommelier offers a personalized and educational tableside service, guiding guests through the diverse and flavourful world of seafood. Taking it a step further for the culinary series, the Fish Sommeliers will provide an interactive experience for guests during the intimate dinner, answering questions and inviting a deeper connection to Hawaii’s rich culture and expanding one’s fish knowledge beyond Hawaii’s well-known staples of fish.

The Dinner with the Fish Sommelier includes a welcome beverage, five-course tasting menu featuring locally caught seafood. The dinner is USD 250 per person.
