Ballet Hawaii Performance – December 21 and 30; 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
- Experience the magic of the season with Ballet Hawaii, the islands’ premier ballet company, as they bring a progressive holiday performance to life across the resort. The experience begins in the lobby, continues through Noe restaurant and Mina’s Fish House, and concludes with a captivating finale at the Ohana Pool. The performance is complimentary for resort guests, offering a unique opportunity to celebrate the holidays with one of Hawaii’s most distinguished cultural institutions.
Sugar at Hokulea Cafe – December 20 to 30; 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
- Four Seasons Resort Oahu debuts Sugar, a holiday patisserie pop-up featuring a selection of freshly baked delicacies from buttery croissants and delicate tarts to timeless gingerbread, peppermint shortbread, and seasonal cookies, complemented by decadent chocolates and artisanal sweet treats.
Poke Culinary Demonstration - December 20 and 30; 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- Join Chef Joseph Rose as he demonstrates how to make poke, a staple in Hawaii, using a variety of fresh catch. Poke, which means to slice or cut in Hawaiian, refers to cubes of raw, marinated fish, which is then tossed over rice and topped with vegetables and umami-packed sauces.
Noe Mixology Class - December 29; 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
