Discover an Indulgent Chocolate Wonderland

There is no sweeter time than the holidays at Four Seasons One Dalton, featuring a vibrant and whimsical chocolate bar as the show-stopping lobby centrepiece throughout the season. The Hotel’s incredible pastry team has curated a decadent selection of chocolates and festive treats for guests to enjoy, including colourful bonbons and delicious holiday cookies, all available to purchase as a sweet holiday gift. The holiday chocolate boutique will also include indulgent hot chocolate beverages complete with house-crafted toppings such as peppermint bark, Tahitian vanilla marshmallow and black forest chocolate shavings.

The chocolate wonderland will pop up from November 30, 2024 to January 1, 2025 with weekday hours from 3:00 to 6:00 pm and weekend hours from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm.

Festive Libations and High-Tea at Trifecta

At Trifecta, the Hotel’s vibrant restaurant and cocktail lounge, guests will delight in a limited-time cocktail menu inspired by the The Nutcracker, a beloved winter classic The Boston Ballet has been performing for more than 60 years. Nine new cocktails have been artfully crafted by lead mixologist Emily Simons, with inspiration from dances of Act II of the ballet, which suitably takes place in the “Land of the Sweets.” Guests will toast the spirit of the holidays with stunning concoctions including Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy crafted with Japanese whiskey, plum liqueur, citrus, egg white and food-grade purple mica powder; and an elevated espresso martini Arabian Dance beverage with a smoked Turkish coffee pot poured tableside into a gold-rimmed glass; as well as the Waltz of the Flowers cocktail with apple fennel gin, lemon and hibiscus. Trifecta’s talented mixologists have curated this unique menu to satisfy a range of palates with a wide array of exciting flavours, techniques and spirit bases, providing a comprehensive sensory experience to transport guests. The cocktail experience is offered from December 1 to 31, 2024.

In addition to the special cocktail program, Trifecta is also offering its renowned Holiday Afternoon Tea every Friday, Saturday and Sunday beginning December 1, 2024. Savour Coconut Profiterole and Eggnog Parfait, complemented by seasonal tea blends from J’enwey Tea and liqueur tastings during this contemporary take on the classic holiday tea.

Guests are encouraged to drop off their favourite books to donate to More Than Words, a nonprofit social enterprise that empowers young adults who are in the foster care system, court-involved, homeless or out of school to take charge of their lives by taking charge of a business. The books collected at One Dalton will directly support More Than Words and its hands-on job training program where the young adults work as a team to manage their own retail and online bookstore, learning all that comes with a real job: a paycheck, feedback and performance reviews, leadership and promotion.
