Already a beloved staple, One Dalton’s Afternoon Tea at Trifecta has become the go-to weekend experience for both hotel guests and locals. Offering a contemporary twist on the timeless tradition, the tea service is a delightful spread of eclectic tea sandwiches, freshly baked scones, inventive sweets, and signature J’enway Tea Co. blends.

The Dalton Bear Tea Party adds a playful flair to this classic experience, with a carefully curated menu that’s designed especially for little ones. Each child will receive a Dalton Bear, a colourful keepsake inspired by the hotel’s lobby art installation, The American Library Collection: Dancers, Musicians, and Actors (2018) by Yinka Shonibare. With its vibrant, eye-catching patterns, this little bear captures the creativity and cultural richness of the installation, ensuring the memories of this special afternoon linger long after the last sip of tea.
