This June, award-winning Fifty Mils comes to Trifecta to bring a taste of Mexico City to Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston featuring an exclusive partnership with ultra-premium sipping tequila Casa Dragones. The month-long pop up at One Dalton's elevated lobby lounge centres around award-winning mixology and tequila, with inventive, handcrafted cocktails comprising a limited-time menu. Taking place from June 1 to 30, 2025, the experience celebrates the best of Mexico, from San Miguel de Allende to Mexico City, served up in a transportive setting, decked out to mirror the Fifty Mils bar design.

Located within Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City, Fifty Mils stands out as one of Latin America's most acclaimed and forward-thinking bars. Known for its unique approach to mixology, exceptional service, and a chic yet laid-back vibe, Fifty Mils is widely recognized for its influential role in shaping Mexico City’s modern bar scene, and now comes to Boston for the very first time to partner and create a one-of-a-kind bar environment in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay.

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, Fifty Mils and Casa Dragones come together at Trifecta to create an unparalleled menu. The menu features greatest hits from Fifty Mils cocktail menu, distinctly created with Casa Dragones, the lauded small batch producer founded and led by CEO Bertha González Nieves, the first female Maestra Tequilera. Casa Dragones’s Blanco tequila features a crisp, agave-forward taste lending itself to perfectly balanced Fifty Mils cocktails. The menu also features Casa Dragones’ celebrated Joven sipping tequila, an ultra-smooth and complex flavour served in a champagne flute.

The exclusive menu featuring signature cocktails crafted with Casa Dragones ultra-smooth expressions will also include flights of their famous sipping tequila. Signature cocktail highlights will include the Paloma Querida, featuring Casa Dragones Blanco and Reposado Tequila, Achiote Liqueur, Dried Chili Syrup, Citrus Mix, Sparkling Water, and Chocolate Salt. Each beverage is paired with bites from the Fifty Mils menu of Mexico City favourites.
