Valentine’s Weekend Dining at Trifecta

In addition to Trifecta’s a la carte dinner menu, the restaurant will feature curated cocktails, small bites and desserts from Thursday, February 13 to Saturday, February 15, 2025. Guests can raise a toast to love with libations including Just Like Heaven, concocted with vodka, lychee liqueur, citrus and strawberry milk; and Friday I’m in Love with toasted almond rye, cherry almond syrup and bitters. Menu highlights are a shrimp and lobster ceviche, Royal Osetra Caviar “doughnut” with dill lemon crème fraiche; a tuna and avocado roll; and crispy olives with bleu cheese and lemon garlic aioli. Diners will fall in love with the dessert choices including Passion Entremet made with Jivara chocolate mousse, passion fruit and blackout chocolate cake, and a Strawberry Amaretto Parfait with strawberry mousse, Equatorial chocolate, Amaretto sauce, freeze-dried strawberries and almond frangipane croutons.
