Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street is thrilled to announce the official opening of LPM Restaurant & Bar Boston, introducing its signature French Riviera-inspired dining experience to Boston for the first time. The opening marks a major milestone for the internationally acclaimed restaurant group as it expands into the Northeast United States.

Home to some of Boston’s most dynamic restaurants, including Japanese izakaya-inspired Zuma and lobby lounge and bar Trifecta, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street welcomes the effervescent spirit of LPM as a natural and exciting extension of its existing offering.

Set on the hotel's second floor, LPM Restaurant & Bar Boston is designed by Sagrada Studio who created a bright, art-centric dining room that reflects the brand's signature aesthetic — open, airy, and effortlessly elegant. Here, LPM brings the spirit of the Côte d'Azur to Back Bay, with a menu rooted in Mediterranean ingredients, an expressive culinary style, and the lively, transportive atmosphere that has defined the brand since its founding.

Founded in London in 2007, LPM has built a global following for its bright, ingredient-driven cuisine, relaxed yet polished service, and distinctive design inspired by the Belle Époque era. Head Chef Gabriela Guitron is at the helm and will bring LPM’s light and refreshing French Mediterranean cuisine to Boston. Inspired by the sun-drenched flavors of the South of France, the menu celebrates exceptional seasonal ingredients through simple French techniques, generous use of olive oil, and an emphasis on allowing each ingredient to shine. Everything is prepared in-house, including handmade pastas, with an array of seafood, vegetables, and meats that showcase the effortless elegance of LPM.

Among LPM’s signature dishes, Warm Prawns in Olive Oil and Lemon Juice best captures the essence of the brand, highlighting the simplicity and freshness of Mediterranean cooking. Other classics include delicate Yellowtail Carpaccio, and Escargots de Bourgogne with garlic butter and parsley. Salt-Baked Sea Bass, a locally sourced Seafood Tower and the signature Lobster Risotto, highlight the region’s abundance of fresh seafood. Handmade Gnocchi offers a more indulgent expression of the menu, while tender Lamb Chops bring rich, savory flavors to the table.

Dessert is an essential part of the LPM experience, with the iconic Crème Brûlée offering a classic French finish and the signature Cheesecake striking a balance between lightness and decadence.

The bar program mirrors the same Riviera spirit, with a collection of vibrant and sophisticated cocktails. At its heart is the Tomatini, LPM’s signature cocktail and the essence of the brand in a martini glass. Other highlights include Pablo, a clean, crisp, and herbaceous take on the classic Gimlet, inspired by the absinthe shared by Jean Cocteau and Pablo Picasso; and Lettre à Coco, an elegant Champagne cocktail layered with bergamot, jasmine, and rose, inspired by Chanel No. 5 and created to stimulate the senses. Black Lemonade, LPM’s signature non-alcoholic cocktail, rounds out the collection with a fresh, distinctive finish.

The wine program offers a taste of the South of France, pairing refreshing French wines with a thoughtful selection of American labels.

LPM Restaurant & Bar Boston is located at 1 Dalton St., Boston, and will welcome guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast service runs from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and dinner from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
