With more than of experience in the hospitality space, Kassi Weist is a seasoned and highly accomplished professional. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Kassi began a 13-year-long tenure with Wynn & Encore Las Vegas. It was here that she cultivated a deep understanding of guest services and operational excellence. Following her time on the iconic Vegas Strip, Kassi made the move to Boston where she led the successful opening of the Encore Boston Harbor. Kassi became deeply involved in the city's hospitality scene, working with Encore for six years thereafter, positioning herself as an integral member of the surrounding community.

A compassionate, high-energy and success-driven leader, Kassi finds inspiration in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of growth within her team. “My inspiration draws from the company’s Golden Rule ethos; fostering an environment where every team member's growth is as carefully curated as our guest's experience,” says Kassi. Outside of work, Kassi is a proud fiancé, dog mom and loving aunt to her nieces and nephews. Family holds a special place in her heart, whether she is gathering for Sunday supper with her loved ones, adventuring with her dog or exploring new uncovered destinations with her fiancé, Kassi is caring and curious at heart, constantly looking to enrich her life personally and professionally.
